WHO WE ARE

Built on Vision, Driven by Growth

CalTex was founded in January 2018 with a clear vision: “To provide quality service that is safe, efficient, and client-focused, while offering fulfilling and rewarding careers to our employees.” This vision remains the cornerstone of everything we do. What began as a solution to meet the unique mobile and fixed water treatment needs of a single client has since grown into a comprehensive portfolio of services, spanning the Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream Oil and Gas sectors. Today, CalTex continues to expand its reach, applying our original vision to every project, every client, and every team member.
As we grow, we remain committed to our core values — delivering exceptional service, fostering meaningful careers, and making a positive impact across the industries we serve.

Safety at CalTex: Our Commitment to "Be Better"

Since our founding in 2018, safety has been the foundation of everything we do at CalTex. It’s not just a priority — it’s a core value woven into every process, decision, and function. As the industries we serve, the technologies we use, and the people we employ continue to evolve, so too must our approach to safety.

At CalTex, we believe that safety must be actively and continuously managed. That belief drives our commitment to always adapt, improve, and innovate — to "Be Better."

"Be Better" is more than a slogan — it’s our safety mindset.
We understand that even with the best engineering and administrative controls in place, safety ultimately comes down to a single, crucial factor: human choice. Every day, each of us has the opportunity to make decisions that protect ourselves, our coworkers, and our communities.

"Be Better" is the mindset we use to bridge the gap when systems fall short. It empowers our team to recognize when it's time to use Stop Work Authority — and equips them with the confidence and clarity to keep the job moving forward safely.

At CalTex, safety isn’t static — it’s a commitment we renew every day. Together, we choose to Be Better.

Quality at CalTex: Defined by Standards, Driven by Alignment

Quality is often defined as “the standard of something as measured against others of a similar kind; the degree of excellence of something.” At CalTex, we take that definition further.

We recognize that quality is not one-size-fits-all — it’s shaped by expectations, goals, and the unique needs of each client and partner. That’s why, for us, delivering quality starts with alignment. When we are fully aligned with our clients’ objectives, success follows.

While our experience and expertise are essential to quality management, we know that true quality is only achieved when all agreed-upon deliverables are met — without compromise. At CalTex, the standard is the standard — and we hold ourselves to it every time.

We know what it takes to meet and exceed the expectations of our employees, clients, and business partners. That’s the CalTex commitment to quality.

Sustainability at CalTex: Solutions That Make a Difference

At CalTex, sustainability isn’t just something we believe in — it’s something we actively support and integrate into our services. Through innovative solutions like our Mobile Water Treatment systems, we tackle complex waste challenges while helping to preserve natural resources. By reducing freshwater usage and offering advanced recycling options, we help our clients stay compliant with environmental regulations and meet their sustainability goals.

But our commitment goes beyond environmental responsibility.

Introducing CalTex Cares — Supporting Communities, Creating Impact
We believe true sustainability includes the well-being of the communities we serve. That’s why we created CalTex Cares, our charitable initiative that gives back directly to local families and individuals in need. Whether it’s providing essential resources or offering support during tough times, CalTex Cares is here to help people “Be Better” — because sustainability starts with people.
